PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE VIA PHONE W/ DEBIT OR CC. TUES-FRI 9AM-2PM PAYMENTS CAN ALSO BE MAILED IN OR DROPPED IN THE OFFICE DOOR SLOT.

CAR STICKERS WILL BE MAILED TO INDIVIDUALS WHO RETURN THE REQUIRED VEHICLE REGISTRATION FORM . IF YOU FAIL TO RETURN THIS FORM YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE STICKERS. I NOTICE WILL BE POSTED AT A LATER DATE FOR POOL BAND PICK UP.

Please be advised that the current stay at home orders mandated by Governor Wolf will impact the opening of our community pool. We will keep you updated.

The pool company will be out in the next two weeks to remove our pool cover, treat the water, and start our filter system. Please understand that our pool needs to be maintained to ensure the integrity of the pool, quality of water (mosquito control too), and to ensure that IF/WHEN we can open we are ready to swim.

EVERYONE NEEDS TO REGISTER FOR PICK UP IN THE OFFICE AND NEEDS A TICKET.

 

HANDICAP PICK UP FRIDAY JUNE 5TH ALL ITEMS MUST BE OUT OUT BY 9PM THURSDAY JUNE 4TH.

ALL OTHER RESIDENTS BULK DROP OFF WILL BE JUNE 6TH & JUNE 7TH 9AM-3PM AT THE DUMPSTER AREA.

**HHPOA car stickers are available in the office. Please be aware that you will need to bring in a current vehicle registration, to pick up yours.  Pool bands are also available. You must be a member in good standing, all dues must be current and citations paid. 

** Please be advised that all homes must have reflective addresses out by the road in accordance with the Foster Twp. ordinance by October 16, 2019. After this date a citation will be issued in the amount of $25.00 per month until address is in place.

** There have been numerous complaints about vehicles not being registered and inspected within the community. Warning letters are being sent out and residents will have 30 days to comply. After the 30 days citations will be issued and code enforcement will be alerted.
