Dues Increase
At the July 6th Annual Meeting, the membership voted to increase the Association
dues beginning with the 2014-2015 fiscal year.  The increase in house dues and rental
property dues will be $25.00 per year, and there will be a $5 per year increase in lot
dues.  Invoices are mailed the first week of February, and payment is due on April 1st,
as in the past.  What has changed is that your dues must be paid in full by that date
in order to be eligible to vote in the election this year or to submit a letter of intent,
   instead of by May 1st.

Late fees are added monthly to any unpaid balance,  beginning May 1st.

Common Ground Ministries is sponsoring a food bank, pickup
is the third Sunday of the month at 4PM at the clubhouse parking
lot.  A signup sheet is on the documents page, or call the office
for more info.

****The new hours for the Foster Township Recycling Center

are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm, and the
second Wednesday of each month from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.****

When you come in to the office to get your 2014 car stickers
(available after February 1st to paid-up members)
please remember to bring the registration cards for ALL
vehicles you want stickers for.
Stickers must be displayed in
the front windshield of your vehicle, are only given for
vehicles that are registered to the homeowner's permanent
address, and must not be given family or friends.  This applies
to prior year's stickers as well as new ones.
Anyone displaying
an old sticker will stopped at the gate and asked for identification.

DON'T FORGET TO GET A RESALE CERTIFICATE!
The resale certificate is an extremely important document
for buying or selling a property. Without it, a negotiated
sales agreement is in jeopardy. Both buyers and sellers of the
property need to have this document. In fact, Pennsylvania
law provides that if you do not get a resale certificate the
buyer can void the sale. Once the contract is signed, pursuant
to the Pennsylvania Planned Community Act 180, any owner
who sells his property MUST obtain a Resale Certificate from
the Association and provide the Certificate to the purchaser prior
to closing. A request for a resale certificate may be obtained by
contacting the office.
